This was a great clean and smelled great. Just a couple of tiny things. Nightstand needed to be wiped in the king bedroom. Countertop needed to be wiped in the kitchen and food item left in the fridge.

Hair in corner of tub. Hair sitting on top of shower drain. One makeup rag put out dirty. One chair in living room had hair on it.

Back side of sham stained badly and left on bed like that. Hairs in bathroom sink and in tub.

Clean looked great. Shower faucet was left running. I discovered that handle had an issue. I guess cleaner may have had an issue turning it off and left it. It should have been reported so we would have knew to fix it. Front door left unlocked.

I replace 1 pillowcase. It was wore out with lots of pill balls. Let Kelly know there were pillowcases in closet and to throw worn pillowcases like this away. No one to blame it on. Just wear and tear. Flat sheet shoved in cabinet. Kelly opened and looking in cabinet in front of me. Do they think this is ok? Is this clean, dirty, what? Something sticky in the bottom of the shower. Found a hair and some dirty spots also in shower.

Hairs & lint on sheets. Hairs on shower walls. Ran out of time for pictures of shower. It was check in time.

Floor around bed/nightstand not clean. Sheets were so full of lint - front & back of flat and fitted. The worst I have ever seen. Cleaner didn’t even attempt to lint roll. Clean dishes left in dishwasher.

Beautiful clean! Great job. Only thing to note was plate of bacon left behind in oven.
