Bathroom not cleaned. Floor dirty. Toilet bowl dirty. Shower is filthy and not cleaned at all. Kitchen counter dirty. Floors dirty throughout and food still left under dining table. Floors need to be re-swept. Whom ever did this clean shouldn’t be paid for it because they didn’t really clean it.

Bed was made with blood stain on flat sheet - very apparent. How can cleaner leave bed like that? Very unacceptable! I had to go back down to my car to get new flat sheet and remake that part of bed as well as add the new quilt. Hairs left all over fitted sheet. Crumbs left all over kitchen counter. Back of living room chair left dirty. All it took was some wiping to come clean.

Bedroom floors around bed need additional cleaning and cleaner returned. Flat sheet had stain at top and bottom. I replaced. A roll of TP with a small amt was left under sink and no backups. I left 2 and removed the used roll.

Only true area of concern was the kitchen sink was dirty. Asked Kayla if cleaner could return with body wash container for shower and remove dry towels from dryer and put away before Thursday check-in. Towels were damp in the dryer when I arrived today. Will need to bring body wash container full b/c I didn’t see a body wash jug in the closet.
