Dirty kitchen cupboard. Crumbs in dining chair. No laundry pods. Dog hair piled on top of baseboard by the desk.

Missing parking pass not reported by cleaner. One towel and one washcloth are missing. Otherwise, the clean looks great.

Bedroom floors around bed need additional cleaning and cleaner returned. Flat sheet had stain at top and bottom. I replaced. A roll of TP with a small amt was left under sink and no backups. I left 2 and removed the used roll.

On 10/2, guest called out that there was not mattress protector and the fitted sheet & quilt were worn out. I made note of it and thought I asked Kayla to have cleaners come prepared at next cleaning to add mattress protector & change out other items with new. This was never done. I had these items so took the initiative today to get it done for the next guest. Very disappointed in cleaner who left the pillow with a ton of hair on it. How does that happen? Also picked up a clump of hair from bedroom floor.

Floor was dirty immediately upon entering. Corner between kitchen and couch was neglected and dirty. Toilet in front of tank had not been cleaned. Headboard was caked with dust. Before next clean king size mattress protector needs to be added and full king size set needs to be replaced. These sheets and comforter are worn out with little peel balls. We have plenty of new sheet sets and comforters in storage.
